About The Department :

      The School of Herbal Studies and Naturo Sciences introduce the Microbiology Departments during the academic year 2013-2014. Board of Studies approved course structure and CBCS syllabus of M. Sc Microbiology 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th semester on 25th and 26th February 2013.

      The Department of Microbiology introduced two years full time M. Sc programs in Microbiology for the academic year 2013-2014 on self financing basis.

      The main Vision of the Microbiology Department is to encourage and support to the Young Researchers in the field of Microbiology and to develop the course according to latest trend for employment opportunities to the students.

      The main objective to start this Microbiology department, MSc degree holders in Microbiology will take you through a wide-ranging curriculum describing some of the latest advances in microbiology. It includes courses on medical microbiology, molecular genetics, bioinformatics, the regulation of gene expression in microbial systems, and the role of microorganisms in environmental systems.
